About the Firm
Dushkes International
A California-based consulting practice built on a deep understanding of local industries, a decade of government experience, and an expertise in international relations.
Our Mission
Helping Bring California to the World and the World to California
Dushkes International bridges the gap between the national and international forces that shape markets and the local dynamics that drive growth. Businesses and governments need advisors who understand both worlds and can translate macro-level insights into micro-level strategies.
As one of the world's largest economies, California is exemplary of this latent potential. Its industries sit at the center of complex global supply chains and its businesses are well positioned for export-driven growth, but realizing that potential requires navigating complex trade policy and geopolitical risk. Likewise, California's diverse and innovative economy is an ideal gateway for international companies looking to enter the U.S. market and represents a key partner for foreign governments' commercial strategies, but regulatory barriers and a lack of strategic connections often stand in the way.
We work with clients to address these critical gaps, proactively mitigate risks, and create competitive advantage. By pairing a decade of federal government and international relations experience with deep understanding of California's business and political landscape, we offer clients strategic clarity, actionable intelligence, and the right connections at every level of government and industry. This perspective comes from having directly shaped economic and international policy, not just observed it.
Because Dushkes International works directly with clients on developing tailored strategies and not just general analysis, every engagement is built on direct access and accountability. Our clients receive straightforward counsel, clear-eyed recommendations, and the focused attention that comes from selective, high-value engagements.
